You will receive one photo session per base product - during the session, your photographer will take 2-4 shots and our system will choose the best one for your print.  You will receive full access to all the digital files taken during your session.  Photos will be printed on-site and you will be able to take them home with you.

Photo sessions will begin earlier this year at 5pm (1hr before dance starts) to help with the rush during the event and the line will be cut off at 8:30 pm.  Please note we will have two photographers and an automated line management system so you will not be in line for more than 10 minutes - our system has been created to be efficient and ensure we will get to everyone throughout the night.  Please come as early as possible to register your position in the auto line management system.

We will have two photo stations to ensure you are seen as quickly as possible and avoid long lines.  Pre-purchased orders will be the only way to guarantee you are seen on the night.  Walk up sessions will be available on the night at a greater cost and may be not available if we are at capacity.
